Roasted Garlic




What you need:

However many garlic heads you wanna roast 
Nice olive oil 
Salt + Pepper to taste 
Aluminum foil

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 400

Cut the tops off of the garlic heads and place each head on its own small sheet of foil with the side you cut facing up. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt + pepper. Wrap up each head in the foil and place on a baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cloves are fork tender and golden brown. 

Once cooled, remove the skins and take out each garlic clove. You can use them as is, or smash them into salad dressings, stews, on a piece of crusty bread -whatever. The sky's your stinky but delicious limit.
