Bawk Free Buffalo Burgers

Bawk-free Buffalo 'Burgers' What you'll need! -4 chik'n cutlets (defrosted) -1 stick vegan butter -1 cup Red Hot sauce -4 cups seasoned flour -1 cup of egg replacer -1 cup milk -2 cups shredded lettuce -2 teaspoons vegan blue cheese dressing -1 celery stalk, slivered thin (use a potato peeler) -2 cups veggie - 4 slices vegan provolone cheese - 4 onion rolls What you do! Place cutlets in large bowl with milk and a few dashes of Red Hot sauce. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Over medium heat, mix hot sauce and butter, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Preheat oven on 350. Remove bowl from fridge, and drain milk mixture. Pour eggs into bowl, and coat chikn. Heat oil on medium heat in large frying pan. Next, place chick'n in separate bowl with flour. Coat each piece thoroughly. Carefully place cutlets in oil and fry till golden brown. While chick'n is frying, cut onion rolls sandwich style and place provolone slice on botton roll. Toast until cheese is slightly melted and bread is light golden. (You can brush with butter if you'd like). Remove rolls and assemble burgers. Lettuce and celery on bottom roll w/ provolone, drizzle of blue cheese dressing on top roll. Remove chick'n from oil and toss in bowl with buffalo sauce, quickly. Remove and place cutlet on each sandwich. Get ready for a flavor explosion! :) * I serve this beauty with oven baked fries and a simple green salad. Like, yum. For realz.
